Truly free
Voice, chat, servers and 720p60 screen sharing stay free. There are no ads and we don't sell data.
Falafy+ is optional: it adds 1080p60 screen sharing, bigger files and an animated profile, and helps pay for the servers. Never what you need to talk to your friends or your team. Anyone who joined before the paid plans is a Founder and keeps everything they had.
Where the money goes
Cost transparency: every donation goes to what keeps Falafy online and improving.
- Servers and voice and video bandwidth: hosting in Brazil, the media server for calls and the bandwidth for voice, webcam and screen sharing.
- Domain and email: the falafy.com.br address and the contact and support email.
- App code-signing certificates: certificates that identify the developer to operating systems and help avoid security warnings during installation, such as the Windows SmartScreen one.
- Development hours: time to fix bugs, ship updates and build new features.
Everything essential stays free. Voice, chat, webcam and 720p60 screen sharing don't depend on donations.
Falafy is an independent project, funded by its creator. We don't publish made-up numbers: when there is a goal, it shows up below with the real amount raised.

Donate via Pix
Pix is Brazil's instant payment system, created by the Brazilian Central Bank. It works for anyone with a Brazilian bank account: you pay in your bank's app by scanning the QR code or pasting the "copy and paste" code, and the money arrives instantly.

Donations through the website are not open yet. When they are, the QR code and the Pix code will show up here.

With "Any amount", you type the amount in your bank's app.
Supporters wall
Donors who want to appear are listed here with their Falafy @, photo and tier (Bronze from R$ 5, Silver from R$ 25, Gold from R$ 50 and Diamond from R$ 100, all donations added up). The name shown on the Pix is never displayed. To join, turn on "Show me on the supporters wall" on the "Support Falafy" screen in the app.
Supporter badge
As a thank-you, the Falafy team adds the Supporter badge to the profile of people who donated, after confirming the Pix. It is just a decoration, a way of saying thanks.
- Send the Pix from your bank's app.
- In Falafy, open the conversation with the "Suporte Falafy" contact and send your username and the receipt.
- As soon as the team confirms the Pix, the badge appears on your profile.
Living outside Brazil?
Pix works for people with a Brazilian bank account. Other countries and payment methods: coming soon. In the meantime, telling your friends and your team about Falafy helps a lot too.

Frequently asked questions
Will Falafy become paid?
No. Voice, chat, servers and 720p60 screen sharing stay free for everyone, with no ads. Falafy+ is optional, for people who want more (like 1080p60 screen sharing), and anyone who joined before the paid plans is a Founder and keeps everything they had.
Does donating unlock any features?
No. Donations are voluntary and do not change what you can do in the app. As a thank-you, the team can add the Supporter badge to your profile after confirming the Pix.
Can I donate from outside Brazil?
For now, only via Pix, which requires a Brazilian bank account. Other countries and payment methods: coming soon.
